We know, in these uncertain times, that it can be difficult to know where to get started with offering virtual events in place of your standard live events. That’s why Display Group and AVL Creative outfitted Building 22, a full service event broadcasting studio, with the tools and space you need for a successful virtual event. Since Building 22 is located right inside the Detroit headquarters of Display Group & AVL Creative, there is quick and easy access to our deep inventory of furniture and props, as well as our custom fabrication studio.
By creating Building 22, we hope to continue our legacy of helping event planners and businesses reach their audience and create a memorable event, even without being able to have your audience there in person.
Why Building 22?
Packard Building 22 is the original name of the building now serving as the headquarters of Display Group & AVL Creative. Building 22 was built in the midst of World War II, in just 10 months, to begin production of the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine used in the P-51 Mustang fighter-bomber. The building was used during a time of crises to solve a problem. Today, 80 years later we are using Building 22 to help solve a whole new set of problems facing the live event industry due to COVID-19. Building 22 is now a virtual event broadcasting studio helping organizations that relied heavily on live events transition more easily to virtual events and online presentations.
