Display Group helped produce a Ford media event during the 2014 North American International Auto Show. The customized environment served as a media friendly atmosphere for the world’s automotive press. Display Group created a sleek silver and white motif to help showcase their newest vehicles in a beautiful branded environment.
Display Group’s designers created a series of sleek, brushed aluminum and white acrylic tables in a variety of sizes to accommodate the various wishes of the client. Tables ranged from seating height, paired with white resin chairs, to bar height, with corresponding white stools. An exciting feature of this event was the communal media tables, which were designed with eight electrical outlets built into the tabletop. This ensured the media had plenty of battery life, keeping the posts flowing all day. Registration counters and information desks were also designed with aluminum and white acrylic, as well as interior storage shelves and sliding doors for storage. Large oval bars and food counters were placed throughout the space, and were branded with our client’s logos and message. Rounding out the custom furniture were our cube tables, made of silver powder coated steel, with acrylic inserts. All of the above items can be finished in a wide variety of surfaces, including laminates, wood grains or custom colors. What better way to customize an event with a few simple updates?
With over 600 seating positions, the Grand Ballroom of Cobo Hall transformed into a contemporary media wonderland, with custom branding and a beautiful, sleek atmosphere that made the event a hit for the media world and for our clients.
Our newly designed tables were perfect in white acrylic for the contemporary feel of this Media event, but can also be customized to fit any style by switching out the acrylic for different laminates, wood, colors or custom graphics.
