Detroit Lions Media Day
For the third consecutive year, Display Group partnered with the Detroit Lions to produce the set for their annual Media Day at the team’s training facility in Allen Park, continuing a relationship built on consistency with the team’s evolving brand identity.
Each year’s design builds on the last, refining the look while keeping the set instantly recognizable as part of the Lions’ visual world.
This year’s design took inspiration from Ford Field itself, specifically the illuminated beam structures visible near the top of the dome. Display Group recreated that architectural detail within the set, translating a signature piece of the Lions’ home stadium into the studio environment and giving the space a sense of scale and identity tied directly to game day at Ford Field.
The team carried forward the concrete-look wall treatment used in previous years, refining the texture and finish to keep the design feeling current without straying from the established aesthetic. The set was completed with high-gloss black vinyl flooring, adding a reflective surface that grounded the space and gave the entire build a polished, broadcast-ready look.
The result was a set that felt familiar to anyone who has followed the Lions’ recent visual evolution, while still offering something new for this year’s Media Day appearances.
