Display Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our exciting, growing business! As Marketing Coordinator, the individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams in the creation, execution and analysis of various campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate for this position has a good understanding of modern digital marketing strategies.

Role and Responsibilities: 

Campaign Development and Execution
• Assisting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Creating and managing campaign timelines and budgets
• Coordinating with design and production teams for marketing materials • Tracking campaign performance and analyzing results

Market Research and Analysis
• Conducting market research to identify target audiences and trends
• Analyzing sales data and competitor information
• Preparing market reports and presentations

Administrative Tasks
• Managing marketing databases and customer information
• Coordinating marketing events and trade shows
• Handling marketing budgets and expenses
• Preparing marketing reports and presentations

Digital Marketing
• Managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Tracking website analytics and SEO performance

Additional Responsibilities
• Supporting sales teams with marketing materials and information
• Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
• Staying up to date with marketing trends and best practices

Prerequisites: 
• Industry knowledge preferred, i.e. special event production, lighting, rigging, audio, video, custom décor and fabrication
• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Marketing degree or currently pursuing marketing degree
• Proficiency in HubSpot marketing via:
