Project Coordinator
Display Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Custom Fabrication team! This candidate will work with internal team members as well as clients to facilitate the flow of information for any given project. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, dependable, and self-motivated to own their role.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the Custom Fabrication live schedule and updating information in real time as required
• Distribute project information to and from the Custom Fabrication department and other company departments
• Maintains up-to-date live documents pertaining to project timelines and employee scheduling
• Support the procurement of materials and installation of team projects
• Collect department job-costing information and distribute to department head when applicable
Prerequisites:
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required
• Background in the event industry or fabrication shops preferred, but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Flex, and Lasso Scheduling
• Must be organized and self-motivated
