Fantasee Integration is seeking a General Manager to join our exciting, growing business! As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our small yet thriving lighting design company. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership and managerial skills, is detail-oriented, and has a solid understanding of operational finance to ensure the company’s continued success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations, from project planning to execution

• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and enhance overall productivity

• Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality lighting solutions

• Work with the finance team to monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders in the theater and architainment industries

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field required

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role required

• Previous experience in lighting design, theater production, or architainment highly preferred

• Strong understanding of finance and budget management

• Familiarity with the unique requirements and challenges of the theater and architainment markets

• Ability to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
